Night time sleep is the most important as it is the most restorative for your child.

Have you wondered how much sleep your little babe should be getting at night? |SAVE THIS CHART!| This is a great go to for total hours of night sleep. There is an hour of grace before your desired wake time. For example, if your goal wake time is 8am, anything between 7am and 8am is considered an acceptable wake time. Any wake up before 7am should be treated as a night waking.
