What does a toddler schedule look like?

This is a perfect scheduled day for age 15 months to 3 years old. The transition of 2 to 1 nap will happen around 13-15 months. Naps may completely disappear between age 3-4 but it is important to keep it going as long as you can!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔸When you see your baby resisting the morning nap, slowly move the nap back until your desired one nap time. 🔸You can move up bedtime while you are transitioning.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔸Wake window for the first part of the day is around 5 hours.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔸Watch for your baby’s tired sleep cues! Missing nap window by even 15 minutes can lead to an over tired baby and be the cause of short naps.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔸Give time for independence and choices within safe boundaries during awake time 🔸Extra love and snuggles before bed can help with any added separation anxiety at this age!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love having both of the kids on one nap schedules together....finally! At 3.5 and 19 months, Ford and Harlan are still getting that well deserved break between play time... (and me too! 😁)
